Born from the journey of an MMA fighter turned coach, PWR was built to give everyday people the chance to train like fighters without needing to step into the cage or ring. We mix authentic boxing with smart conditioning, creating sessions that are tough, fun, and designed for all levels. We pride ourselves on creating everyday champions, daring to be great.

But it’s more than the training. PWR is a community. A place where people back each other, push harder together, and leave every session stronger in and out of the gym. Whether you’re chasing fitness, confidence, or the feeling of belonging, PWR is where you’ll find it.

THE MAIN EVENT

Welcome to the main event. Formally known as our Saturday class format. A mixture of pad work bag work, as well as fight style conditioning. High intensity conditioning meets fast paced boxing.

Our most important class. Upskill your boxing! Evolve on the basics of boxing as well as tricks of the trade to help upgrade your technique!

OLD SCHOOL

A throwback. A purely old school based classed, with 3 min rounds, and little rest. ‘HIIT’ boxing workouts that are faced paced. Increase your confidence, learn new combinations, and advance your fitness and skillset!

The first step can be daunting. We have you covered, the perfect introduction into the world of boxing. 45 minutes into the basics of stance, punches and techniques that will carry you throughout all our classes.
